Patna, Aug, 23: The 53rd to 55th BPSC Combined
Civil services Examination to recruit at 741 premier posts under various
offices of state government were successfully conducted between May 26 to June
14 at various centers at Patna.
About 15000 candidates were participated in the
Mains examination amongst them 2000 candidates will be invited for the
interview because according to circular of BPSC 2.5 times candidates against
the number of are declared successful for the final stage.
The numbers can go higher in case if few
candidates have same marks on cut off line and further vacancy get added into
the recruitment list as it happened in 48th 52nd BPSC examination when 19
education services vacancy was added even after declaration of mains result.
Paper Checking Process: BPSC forging ahead with its plans to check the papers as soon as possible
given the size of the examination about 105000 papers to be checked before
result will be declared .It is a mammoth task before BPSC to effectively
execute their plans in timely manner.
As per latest information available General Studies
and Hindi Compulsory Papers has been checked and Optional are getting evaluated
at brisk pace.
The result will be declared one month after
completion of paper evaluation because decoding and preparation of merit lists preparation
is a time consuming process.
Given the trend of the previous year when 48th
52nd Mains Examination was held in May -June and result was declared in February
taken total seven month.
It was learned that Candidates positively expect
the result in November -December 2012 because this time BPSC looking to
finished the process at faster speed because government has indicated that that
before general election of 2014 56th to 57th BPSC will be finalized.
Patna High Court also asked the clarification
from the commission that why BPSC is conducting multiple batches together, however
BPSC filed their reply by saying that it was the Government decision which was
approved by Bihar Cabinet.
Cut Off For The 53rd 55th Mains examination: The past trend of BPSC suggest
the cutoff to land between 725 to 750 but given the current condition backed by
record number of vacancy (741), Clash of BPSC and JPSC mains examination
schedule, busy season of UPSC -CSAT, UPPSC PT, RAS PT and Decision of BPSC to
tame the abnormal marking pattern in some selected subject under the lights of
Patna High Court Query will have their strong say in cutoff.
Considering the previous trend and current
situation cut off could land below 700 marks.
Scaling Matter: The buzz is rumoring that the BPSC will adapt scaling system to tame the
abnormally higher marks in the certain optional paper however it is not
possible because BPSC conducts examination through a well laid circular any
change in the process of examination needs change in the current circular so it
is obvious that scaling is not in the reality.
But given the interest of Patna High Court eye in abnormal marking matter BPSC certainly mulling to get rid of this issue by
directing the examiners to take while evaluating certain optional.

Male: Height: 165 cms. Chest: 81-86 cms. Weight: 50 kg. or according to height.
Female: Height: 157 cms. Weight: according to height but not less than 46 kg.
Subjective for Examination performence will be the another criteria because you have to land in top 34 in merit list (Adjusted as per Reservation-GEN-14,BC1-10,BC2-6,SC-2,ST-2)to get into the Police services because this year no SDM will be recruited.

BDO and RDD is same it is the separate cadre.
RDO was created first time after comissioning of BDO post.
From now onward RDD will do the works of BDO and SDM will be at supervisory level.
Thats why Previously appointed SDM's are so frustated.
However Class is concerned all are Group B job Including SDM,DYSP.

Bihar Government has decided to create two new service commission for administrative development of Bihar. These two new service are –
(1) Bihar Revenue Services
(2) Bihar Rural Development Service
Government has decided on 14.01.2010 for create two new services. The two new proposed services are likely to end the shortage of block development officer (BDO) and Circle Officer (CO), beside spending up the disposal of land related cases. The total strength of in the basic cadre of circle inspectors and equivalent grade officer will ne 886. 75% of the post in basic cadre will be filled directly while the remaining 25% will be filled through promotion from lower ranks of “Kanungo” and “Land Solution Officer”.
The recruitment to the service will made through the combined competitive examination conducted by BPSC. The successful candidates will become CO on their first promotion , followed by district land reform officer (DCLR) for three years. The total sanctioned post of COs and equivalent grade is 801 and that DCLRs and equivalent grade is 134.
Similarly , a separate cadre the Bihar Rural Development Service, would be constituted.
A Person qualifying for this service will be placed in rank of
BDO or executive magistrate
after three years of service as rural development officer (RDO).
The pay scale of BDO and RDO will be same as Rs. 9300- 34800 in pay band II but their grade pay will be different. The BDO can be promoted to the post of
BDO or executive magistrate
assistant project officer and they can go up to the rank of
assistant director.
The promotion posts have been categorized in five groups and a person can move up to the post of additional director.
The candidates who will be pass 48-52 BPSC exam finally will be posted as SDO directly.

आज बीपीएससी ऑफिस के चक्कर लगाने गया था । वहाँ मौजूद दुकान वाले से यही पता चला की जीएस और सामान्य हिन्दी की कॉपी जांच पूरी हुई है और अभी हिस्ट्री की जांच चल रही है ।
उसने ये भी बताया की कॉपी जांच दिसंबर तक चल सकता है ।

Bpsc ne apne state ke 18 universities se kuch subject main professors & readers ki list mangi hai taki copy ke evaluation ko samay pe pura kiya ja sake. Yani kuch papers ke evaluation main delay ho sakta hai aur result main bhi.

but
as per my knowledge december or last november is enough for result dclaration.

bhai ek bdo/rdo ko start me in hand kitni salary mil jayegi??
१. उपरी कमाई तो लगभग हर पोस्ट में जबरदस्त होती है बस जरुरत है ज्यादा से ज्यादा नीचे गिरने की..आप जितना ज्यादा अपने स्टाफ का गर्दन दबा सकते हैं दबाएँ वो आम आदमी को (विशेषकर गरीबों का, रईस का तो दबाना मुश्किल होगा) निचोड़गें और आपको ला-ला कर देंगें.
२. वैसे इस क्रम में अगर आप निगरानी विभाग के हत्थे चढ़ गए (जो कि आजकल आम बात हो चुकी है) तो उसी समय जबरदस्त पिटाई होगी और बेऊर जेल में बंद कर दिए जायेंगे. नौकरी से एक महीने के अंदर-अंदर बर्खास्त कर दिए जायेंगे और कम-से-कम पांच साल कैद + छह लाख जुर्माना की सजा होगी. जेल में खाना अच्छा मिलता नहीं है और भी कई तरह की समस्याएं आती हैं, अस्तु !! समझदार के लिए इशारा काफी है.
३. वैसे साहसी लोगों की कोई कमी होती नहीं है कुछ लोगों का सीना वास्तव में इतना चौड़ा होता है कि वो जेल में भी पांच साल आसानी से गुजारने के बारे में सोच सकते हैं. ऐसे लोगों को सलाम !!
४. किसी भी पोस्ट का कुल वेतन निकलने का सीधा सा फंडा है -

D.A +
HRA +
M.A +
C.A.
D.A is at present approx 60 % of basic Pay. Ho sakta hai kuch abhi aur upar ho gaya ho..
Grade pay will be among 5400/4800/4600, depending upon the post (SDM-DSP-Asst Director-CTO-RDO etc)
HRA is 25%/20%/15% (depending upon the city of posting), 25% is for Patna only.
M.A is approx 200 Rs. - 350 Rs only.
C.A is approx 400 Rs - 600 Rs only.
आपको जिस पोस्ट का वेतन निकालना है खुद निकाल लें, क्योंकि यह निर्भर करता है कि आपकी पोस्टिंग कहाँ पर होती है और किस पोस्ट पर होती है. वैसे एक बात तो है जो सैलेरी एक सिविल सर्वेंट को उसके काम से हिसाब से मिलती है वो बेहद कम और अपमानजनक है. तभी कुछ लोग हमेशा इस फिराक में लगे रहते हैं कि उपरी आमदनी कहाँ से हो.
एक डीएसपी को जितना वेतन मिलता है उतना ज्यादा पैसा एक किराना दूकान वाला कमा लेता है, उस पर से आपको हर साल इन्कम टैक्स और सर्विस टैक्स देना ही होगा पर शायद ही कोई व्यवसायी होगा जो तीस हज़ार रुपये कमाए और हर साल नियम से इन्कम टैक्स और सर्विस टैक्स भरे !!!

आश्चर्य होता है यह देखकर की लोग "कितनी कमाई होती है" ये देखकर सिविल सर्विस मे आना चाहते हैं । न केवल बीपीएससी ,अपितु यूपीएससी मे भी लोग कमाई के मानदंड को सबसे ऊपर रखते हैं । हालांकि वेतन भले कम लगे पर यह भी ध्यान रखना चाहिए की सभी सरकारी नौकरी मे वेतन कुछ ऐसा ही है । और इतना तो है की कोई व्यक्ति ठीक से खा - पी सकता है । लेकिन यह भी तथ्य है और यही वास्तविकता भी
है ।

Copy checking ke vishay mein kuch pata chalta hai to jarur batana bhai. Kuch din pahle sunai pada tha ki geography wale log khub bhar bhar ke marks pa rahe hain...isi tarah koi kaha ki lsw bhi hit ja raha hai. Jara pata karna ki sach kya hai aur kab tak result expected/ tentative hai.

मुझे सच में बिलकुल पता नहीं है कि किस विषय में कितने अंक दिए जा रहे हैं, कौन सा विषय बूम कर रहा है कौन नीचे जा रहा है. मै अभी भी इसी मत का हूँ कि जो लोग इस तरह की बातें चारो ओर फैला रहे हैं उनमे से अधिकांश या तो attraction crysis की समस्या से ग्रस्त हैं या फिर उन्होंने एक काल्पनिक दुनिया रच ली है जहाँ उनके विषय में परीक्षक छप्पर फाड़ कर नंबर दे रहे हैं.

मुझे ये समझ में नहीं आ रहा है कि बिहार में BC-1 और BC-2 किसे कहते हैं ? आपने किस आधार पर ये लिखा है कि BC-1 को 10 सीट आबंटित किये गए हैं? जबकि मेरी जानकारी में अब तक बीपीएससी के द्वारा विभिन्न वर्ग के लिए निम्नांकित कोड का इस्तेमाल किया जा रहा है -

BPSC papers evaluation will be completed by mid October.i know some aspirants who will get more than 320 marks in maths, physics and chemistry.last time they have got very good marks.marking in any subject depends upon the presentation in answerheet.so its wrong to say that some subjects are getting high or low marks because there is no scaling in BPSC.

yaar LSW aur GEOGRAPHY me achi marking hui hai.you may get not good marks in GS as u have made mistakes in statistics(GS).but if your optional are very good than you may have a good chance.because any two out of three must be very good(1.GS,2.FIRST OPTIONAL,3.SECOND OPTIONAL).

geography has done well but Anthropology and Philosophy was not done well this year.
LSW and History has also done well.
BPSC has directed the examiners to give lesser marks in some papers.
Good news for the LSW students I have luckily talked to a Teacher from LN Mishra institute Patna who was in the evaluation team of LSW.
He told me that those student who have written good answer supported by the section and Digram has got more than 15o marks in LSW I .
If this is true then it will be bad for other optional it seems this year LSW has got abnormal marking.
