Currently they are making category wise merit list and then final vacancy will be sleeked from the government and after that 2.5 times candidates against the final vacancy will be invited for the interview.

The timing of result is yet to be finalized but once the process will be over then it will be declared soon.

As per the rough estimate it is expected that it will take 15 days to one month however BPSC playing safe in its official reply to the candidates on male that it will take two months.

Given the history last time examination was held in may-June and Mains result was released in February.

Earlier Judiciary examination final result was released very next day after the conclusion of interview so BPSC is not in holding mood.

Official also said that we will soon publish the mains result as we don't have much work left before the result publication.

As far as marking pattern is concerned it suggest that those optional that was evaluated in august -September had performed better but the subject last evaluated has seen cautious evaluation.

BPSC had opened the evaluation of subject as per well framed strategy under required directive to create a level playing field for each optional. So GS is in the position to play vital role in the ranking of the candidates.

JPSC final result Scaling Controversy still on

Controversy and JPSC seems to have umbilicus relationship, 4th Civil Services examination final result which was released by the commission few days back came under cloud of scaling controversy.

Unsuccessful candidates are calming that JPSC has violated the notification by implementing some short of scaling process that has upgraded or downgraded the actual marks scored by the candidates.

Following the scaling method adopted in PT result which is yet to get final nod of the High Court JPSC adopted the same scaling methodology that sparked the controversy.

Lekhraj Naag emerged as the topper by scoring 1122.83 marks, followed by Neetu Kumari (1105.61),Kanchan Kumari Bhudaulia(1103.20),Kumar Venketashwara Raman (1103.20),Sandeep Kumar Gupta(1099.20).

Several students got more than 90% some even above 99% in the mains papers ,although these are the scaled marks but given the pattern followed by the other PSC it looks like abnormal.

BPSC 53rd 55th Mains result is all set to Delay

According to the source close to the development, commission had earlier sets its deadline to conclude the entire evaluation process by the September end later it was extended up to 15th October and now it was learned that new deadline has emerged which is of October 31st.

The snail pace of the evaluation was caused by the nonavailability of adequate number of evaluators, it was also learned that BPSC has received the request latter from earlier paneled teachers about their unavailability for the evaluation process.

In line with the above outcome BPSC has written the universities of the state to submit the teachers list to impanel them with BPSC for the evaluation.

Ranchi,Oct,13:Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission (JSSC) has finally release the model answer key on the web site.

JSSC has taken this decision to arrest the controversy by creating a transparant system.

JSSC has decided for safe play as they learned from the BSSC Sacivalay Sahayak PT examination which result was upheld by the Patna High Court due to question related errors.

Earlier the JSSC Chairman Chitranjan Sahay had revealed to the media after the examination that Commission will reveal the answer ket once they will receive the Model answer from the expert.

Four question has been omitted from the evaluation and candidates has been given to register their objection by october 20.

As per the  chairman the mains examination will be conducted in December.

Answer key Link

BSSC,BPSC Moving towards transparency in Examination Process

The role of recruitment agencies has became critical now a days as applicants are more aware about proceedings particularly after the implementation of Right to Information Act(RTI) in the India.

Bihar is politically more aware, here students are having habit to move swiftly into the court if they have any doubt.

Many people believe that all examinations in Bihar and Jharkhand comes under controversy as it was seen in most of the BPSC Combined Civil Services Examinations, JPSC Combined Civil Service Examination, BSSC Graduate Level Sachivalay Sahayak Examination etc.

The allegation against asking the wrong question wrong model answer is the most common cause of controversy as it was seen in the case of 4th JPSC,53-55th BPSC and BSSC examination in recent times.

BPSC and BSSC is inching towards more transparency in the examination as BPSC had decided to follow the UPPSC way to tame the controversy associated with the model answer key by releasing the answer key soon after the PT examination to get feedback of the students in stipulated time frame.

One step ahead BSSC had uploaded the OMR sheet of the Candidates who appeared in the Graduate level sachivalay sahayak examination on their web site. Although BSSC examination matter is in court but the steps taken by the commission is appreciable.

This is the transition phase for the commission because they are shifting from the rudimentary and opaque system to the transparent system.

The candidates are facing various issues but it is certain that in coming time examination will be more transparent and the thanks goes to RTI.

India Fces Threat of Reverse Growth

Twenty year ago, India found itself in dire economic distress when country was growing with snail pace which was termed as Hindu rate of growth.

The GDP of India in total was below $500 billion with near-zero forex reserves to fulfill only 15 days of import need of the country.

The 1991 reform had given India the second freedom to grow but in recent time Indian growth has slowed down amid world crisis.

After sleeping for 6 year without any policy adjustment UPS II has launched big bang reform in the format of Twenty 20 as commented by several experts while talking on television shows.

Coalition politics corruption is in full swing, country is facing challenge at all important front right from the Civil movement by the Mango people,International front as Indian credit rating is on threat as S&P ,MOODY,FITCH all watching closely the Indian activity.

Macro of Indian economy has showing sustaining deterioration as High Inflation,Lowering of IIP a clear indication of reduction of factory activity, widened fiscal deficit of 6 % of GDP in 2012, current account deficit of 4.2 % of GDP in 2012, and lower business confidence have added further slowdown to the Indian economy.

No Change in the Pattern of JPSC 5th Civil Services Examination

Ranchi,Oct,11:Jharkhand Public Service Comission(JPSC) is carefully cautious in taking any decision as they have decided to continue with the ongoing examination pattern for the 5th Civil Services Examination.

The new development is happend in line with the expectation as JPSC is yet to finalize the new pattern however Comission in consultation with the Government of Jharkhand has already Constituted an Expert Committee to review the pattern and syllabus of Combined Civil Services Examination conducted by it.

Earlier the Government of Jharkhand felt the need for making the recruitment examination contemproray relevent and reliable recruitment system amid past controversy.

The expert committee is likely to submit its recomendation shortly which will be forwarded to the state government for the approval and then it will be uploaded on the web site of the JPSC.

The comission have decided to give one year gap between adoptation of the revised pattern/syllabus and any examination on the pattern to provide adequate time to the applicant to adjust with the new system.

So amid ongoing development it is most likely that JPSC 5th Combined Civil Services examinatio which is expected to announce soon will go through previous pattern.

Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission (JSSC) examination cut off to land below 200

Ranchi, Sept, 2: Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission (JSSC) has finally conducted the Combined Secretariat Service Examination on 20 September 2012 to recruit the officials for the various offices in Jharkhand.

More than two lakh candidates were applied for the post amongst 1, 2000 plus students appeared in the examination.

Earlier it was a strong rumor that question was out and it was openly selling in the market however after the examination it was turned out to be a rumor only.

However as per previous recruitment examination taken in the state JSSC exam also came under the controversy as some question was seen wrong .It is evident that removal and correction in answer key will be on the card.

Taking the interest of the local students JSSC tried to keep good chunk of question from the Jharkhand affairs.

Given the conditions and by evaluating the cutoff of the previous examination it seems that cut off will land in the band of 180 to 200 any case not more than 200.

I will be interesting to see that aggrieved candidates will move in the court as it has became a precedence in Bihar and Jharkhand.

Interview preparation for BPSC and JPSC Civil Services: Self Introduction Session

Jharkhand Public Service commission (JPSC) has declared the mains result and Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) will also follow the suit in coming month I am starting a thread here for benefiting the applicants.

I have plans to write some good stuff on current issues on Goindocal.com so keep following my sites to get updated and also tender the suggestions to improve upon it.

Civil Service Interview as an Introduction:

Friends first of all shed some myth about interview that if you fail to give all the answers then you are lost ,this is not the reality, your confident appearance even saying NO ...Confidently to the interview board will give you the marks.

This is primarily a personality assessment no doubt knowledge matters but not the theory but its application has big say in the interview matters most.

Dressing sense, attitude as per the post and how one carry himself before interview board is most important thing that board looks in the candidate. Interview for the civil service predominantly the show of candidate's self-introduction.

Generally the interviewer first hits with "How about you? Tell me about yourself? Introduce yourself ".At this point, you should be this nervous mood stabilized. Because of this problem, the candidates have done sufficient preparation, and have enough confidence and courage to believe that they can answer questions on this issue.

How to overcome it?

You need to craft your answer and practice in virtual condition by speaking loudly in your room, even you can record your answer in your mobile phone and play it again to do the self assessment.

Self Prepared Answer

First of all candidate needs to give their name and identity. Next situation will be that the candidate and interviewer will greet each other. The interviewer can understand this information from the application form and resume however it is still needed take the initiative to mention.

Remember this is a polite needs, you can also deepen the examiner the impression you.

Second, Candidates needs to tell the board about their qualifications, work experience and other personal information (remember it must be positive things).

They must provide to the interviewer about personal circumstances and complete information, such as: education, work experience, family background, hobbies, ideals and reported negative (that looks like positive).

This part of the statement must be concise and get the point. For example to introduce their qualifications and speak about the specialist qualifications.

Clear clues described a chaotic structure, the content is too long opening since, will give the examiner who left disorganized personality is not clear impression, and let the examiner fatigue, and weakened the interest and attention of the right to continue the interview.

The candidate should also pay attention to this part of the contents should be consistent with the bio data, application form, do not differ. Should avoid introducing such elements, thorough, and binding of the written language, the use of flexible spoken language is organized.

The introduction of basic personal attributes there is no right or wrong - are neutral, but if this effect is on the wrong.

Third, the basic personal information, the natural transition to the two successful completion of their study or work during the event, this two examples vividly clear explain their experience and ability, such as: serving as the head boy in school the success of the organization's activities; or how to put into social practice, to use their expertise to serve the public; or own a significant achievement in the professional and outstanding academic achievements.

Fourth, the focus with your career aspirations that you sit for civil service posts, the reason it is very important.

Candidates can talk about their understanding of the positions to the desire of the post. The original work unit the candidate must explain clearly to give up their jobs and make new career choices reasons with values and career outlook.

Candidate must organize their self-introduction in order to ensure a clear, orderly, sentences for oral statements, and the use of transitional sentences between paragraphs, speaking also pay attention to ideas, describes the fluency of the language, try to avoid the topsy-turvy, has repeatedly said the same sentence times slimy fresh, do not use too casual expression.

Under normal circumstances, the self-introduction would be concluded within 3 to 5 minutes. In general, the first two parts can be used for about one minute, the third of four parts with 1 to 2 minutes.
Good allocation of time to focus, impressive, and this depends on the preparation work done by the candidates.

How to do it?

Allocate the necessary time to seize the 3 or 5 minutes, you can point and gracefully express yourself.

Threat

Some candidates do not understand the importance of self-introduction, a brief introduction to your own name, identity, followed by adding some information about their qualifications, work experience, etc., about half a minute or so to the end of self-introduction, and then looked at the interviewer to attack with wild questions.

But some of the candidate wants to interview the entire contents are compressed in these few minutes. To know the interviewer to ask you question in the middle of the interview below, you should give yourself to others to leave this opportunity.

Importance of self-described session in Interview

Own initiative interview the examiner recommended his self-introduction, the interview structure, but also to interview an important indicator of assessment.

Self-described points –Because it is self prepared so gives confident while speaking and by effectively doing it candidate bill be able to drag the Interview session in their court.

Introduction should be to the evaluation of the interview

The introduction is also a means of persuasion and art, smart candidate to the requirements of the Examining and Employing Officials and testing focus of the organization self-described content, you not only to tell the examiner you how good you are more To tell the examiner how you fit the job.

Nothing to do with the interview, even if you are proud of the advantages and strengths, you have to reluctantly give up in order focusing.

To get the appreciation of interviewer, one must explicitly tell them that he holds the necessary capacity and quality of the posts, and have confidence to show it.

Candidate must talk about their own advantages in a sensible way:

When it comes to scoring points in Interview one must keep their discussion a low profile. That is an understatement, calm tone, but only the facts, must not be used their own subjective opinion. Also note that enough is enough, important, crucial, to talk about the specialty has nothing to do with the interview is the best not talk.

In addition, speaking about their own advantages, but also to talk about their own shortcomings (In positive pinch), by stressing that the desire and efforts to overcome these shortcomings.
